Our network of local suppliers means that we get to work with only the freshest ingredients to create delicious, seasonal, beautiful plates of food that will complement any table.
Our kitchen is led by experienced Head Chef Laurel Stockwell, formerly Head Chef at the renowned Stanmer House, supported by our management team, headed up by Frankie Swan. Frankie left a career in media follow her passion for food, launching and running award winning gastro pubs in her native West Sussex. Whilst we are proud of our accolades our focus remains on delivering tailored dining experiences that exceed client expectations. Our high standards, both in cuisine and presentation have seen us partner with the likes of Rolls Royce and Cowdray Estates.
In addition to event catering, at Saffron & Swan we offer a full event planning service, sourcing items such as wine, marquees and bands from our trusted suppliers, as well as providing bars, staff, Street Food trailer, flowers, cakes and all hire items
