Frankie Swan

Frankie has always had an avid passion for food and an exceptional eye for detail. Her past roles have included, both front of house and in the kitchen, giving her a taste for providing fantastic food in a relaxed, friendly and warm atmosphere. This is the essence that she brings to events, with meticulous planning skills and an understanding of what each client is looking for. Whether it be a rustic wedding in a countryside barn, or a chic dinner party in a smart venue, Frankie can always offer ideas to help style the occasion and the food perfectly.

Laurel Stockwell

Laurel’s career started out at the illustrious Stanmer House in Brighton where, after gaining a wealth of experience in various Michelin starred restaurants and gastro pubs she returned to lead the team as Head Chef. In 2016 Laurel branched out into the world of streetfood launching the ‘Leap Salmon’ brand before joining Frankie as Head Chef, overseeing the kitchen at Saffron and Swan and its sister company Eat The Street.

In addition to our Head Chef Laurel Stockwell we have a team of highly-trained professional chefs who are experienced in all types of event catering. They all understand the value of using great quality ingredients, working as thoroughly and meticulously for a party for 300 as a dinner party for 10.

Front of House

Our front of house team is led by our Event Directors – a group of individuals who all have considerable experience in leading and running events to a very high standard. All of our front of house staff have experience in event catering as well as working in a busy village pub, so all understand the importance of detail and efficient service. We pride ourselves on having an enthusiastic, charming and fun front of house team who are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you and your guests all enjoy your occasion.
