Frankie has always had an avid passion for food and an exceptional eye for detail. Her past roles working alongside husband Ben in The Rising Sun pub in Milland, both front of house and in the kitchen, gave her a taste for providing fantastic food in a relaxed, friendly and warm atmosphere. This is the essence that she brings to events, with meticulous planning skills and an understanding of what each client is looking for. Whether it be a rustic wedding in a countryside barn, or a chic dinner party in a smart venue, Frankie can always offer ideas to help style the occasion and the food perfectly.
Ben found his vocation when he left London to set up a pub business, starting with The Rising Sun in Milland. Ten years on and he now has four extremely successful pubs and restaurants, all with a very unique concept and ethos. His years of experience in creating menus and cooking in pubs gives him a real understanding of what events and occasions need to make them a success. Not only that, but his ‘Little Black Book’ of trusted suppliers and artisan food producers from the pubs are all available to us at Saffron & Swan, meaning we receive the highest quality produce and are always the first to hear about new products and ideas.

In addition to our head chef Craig McSweeny we have a team of highly-trained professional chefs who are experienced in all types of event catering. They all understand the value of using great quality ingredients, working as thoroughly and meticulously for a party for 300 as a dinner party for 10.
